We would love to be more flexible with our policies however we are still a growing business and simply cannot afford to process returns or exchanges. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you place the wrong address on your order and we have to reship it to you then you will be charged a reshipping fee before new product is sent out to you.
